If your enquiry is regarding an order placed:

Please allow up to 3 working days for us to dispatch your order to our delivery partners. Please note that orders are collected by our delivery partners on weekdays only (Monday to Friday). If your order is received on a weekend (Saturday to Sunday), please allow up to 3 working days from the following Monday.
